disobedience

i have iPAQ H3900 and i am trying to connect to the internet i cant :(
i have downloaded ActiveSync 3.8 (i had 4.5) because as i read in other threads its better for older PDA device...
i have tried connecting the H3900 on my desktop and Laptop computers and failing to display any single web site
Please help
how i can adjust it and have access to the internet over the Cradle?

Open ActiveSync, go to Tools > Options > Rules - Make sure under "Pass Through" that you have selected "The Internet".
