Lost information on T-Mobile Dash?

I accidentally deleted the contact book on my T-Mobile Dash, then I went to syncrhonize it with my computer to pull them off of my Outlook. Rather than adding the addresses, Active Sync determined that it would delete the contacts from my Outlook as well! Is there any way to get my contacts back or am I pretty much screwed?

without a back-up I would say that your are screwed.

I believe the address book date is saved to a file with WAB extension. You could try searching your recycle bin for files with that extension.

You might try this program: Address Book Recovery - Windows Address Book repair tool. Address Book recovery tool

I don't know if the trial version will be helpful or not.

Check the trashcan in Outlook. I have found stuff (contacts, tasks, etc.) there after ActiveSync deleted stuff from my computer.
