Hey all -

I haven't yet ordered my Axim (choosing between 312 Wifi and 624), but I wanted to know something about ActiveSync. I have Outlook on my home computer with all my personal contacts, which I will want on my PDA. I also have calendar appointments, etc on it. I want to sync all my home stuff to my Axim. I want to sync the calendar at my office to Outlook as well, so I have all my personal and business appointments in my Axim, but I don't want all the business contacts (THOUSANDS) to go on my Axim.

So my question is, in ActiveSync, can you choose what you want to sync each time? Like, only syncing calendar and tasks but not contacts? Does it allow you to select or deselect individual items for syncing or not syncing?

Im pretty sure you can check what you want it to sync, I only have it connect so I can get files.

  

yes you can select/deselect calendar , tasks, appointments but I don't know of any way to select individual items. So I don't think you can synchronise only some of the contacts in Outlook
