Activesync Issues: Losing my partnership

Every time I try to sync, Activesync isn't recognizing my X30, and only recognizes my as a guest. I have to start everything over again, which is a real pain, particularly trying to sync files. I've installed ver. 3.8 with no change in what's happening. Any thoughts out there?

I've got the same problem. Did you come up with any solutions? Thanks.

I had this problem and tried everything (e.g., reinstalling AS, deleting partnership, etc.). The only thing that would work was a hard reset. If you go this route, I'd suggest doing a backup first. If it works, do NOT restore or else you may restore back your problem. If it does not work, go ahead and restore to save yourself the extra hassle or reinstalling, etc.

Moved to ActiveSync forum.

Did doing a hard reset solve the problem permanently? Thanks.

Yes, it did. But remember to delete your old partnerships to start fresh.
