This is an ongoing problem it seems that if NIS is in the picture or was ever installed on the computer it has a problem. I have been researching the problem on the Symatec site and they seem to feel that there is no problem with Outlook 2003. I'm kind of at wits end with this problem. I don't know who is at fault, but it seems that something is preventing AS from accessing Outlook. I am never given the prompt that says, something is trying to access Outlook.

I had this issue once. I deleted the partnership without deleting the sync'ed documents folder and then reset up the partnership again. All was well, no issues since.

I didn't have a chance to read the first page of posts, so if that was tried already I apologize...

Synchronization cannot be completed because a file cannot be syncnronized with you m

I have had this problem and it nearly drove me mad. However I have the solution! You need to create three folders in your pcdocuments folder (the one which is used for documents to synchronise) hich is created when the parnership is created. These folders care created on the axim after a hard reset and if they do not exist on the computer one gets the synchornize message. Just three folders are: templates, business and personal. Now sychronize and the problem should go away

This is because of language problem

Hi all,
This error occur sometimes because of language problems.
In my case it was like that: I got some files that the file name is with hebrew fonts and my pc did not support that (my device do support), so it could not sync those files.
Only after I deleted all prblematic files from sync folders (all of them!), this error stops.
If you got files that your PC (and maybe your mobile too) do not support either delete them or add this language support
