Hi,
I have the same problem - of the few hundred contacts I have in Outlook 2003, only 30 want to syncronise to my X50. I'm using ActiveSync v3.8 on XP-SP2.

I've seen the subfolders suggestion a few times in various forums, and have no idea how you can produce subfolders in Outlook contacts. Anyway, I don't have sub-folders as far as I know :)

Looking forward to finding a resolution.

Cheers
...Steve

Hi all,
I've just discovered a workaround to my problem where the contacts wouldn't sync.

I went through all of my contacts individually and did a minor edit (like add a space in one of the fields). Every contact that I had edited then sync'd perfectly!

Maybe ActiveSync didn't like 'old' contacts in my Outlook:-)))

Hope this helps some of you.

Cheers
...Steve

Same thing, but with >1500 contacts...

did someone find a solution to this problem? I am using HP 3715 but obviously it's a problem with active sync (3.7.1) and maybe outlook (2003). 'Been using Palm until yesterday everything worked fine :)
