Okay, I suppose it's not really worth asking if you can use MS's ActiveSync with Mozilla Thunderbird. MS has a vested interest in not allowing that.

However, has anyone seen any indications that there is an ActiveSync alternative in development anyplace that might sync to Thunderbird instead of MS's crappy Outlook family of products? What do Mac folk do?

I'm waiting for that day like you wouldn't believe. I use Firefox and Thunderbird as my defaults. Haven't looked at Sunbird for a while, though.
