enter recurring event
Please help with calendar. When I go to a day and tap new for a recurring appointment I put in the event name, all day which makes the time say recurring event, no reminder, and free on the schedule and tap ok. Everything looks fine but when I pereform an active sync it says that the item is unresolved. When I check the details it says the event that I just enter starts and ends on the same day! Is there something that I not doing? When I enter from outlook and sync everything works fine!? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

I cannot replicate the unresolved item problem you are experiencing. What settings are you using for the recurrence (e.g. every Friday, Day 18 of every month, etc.)?

I have had this same problem. There should be an option to resolve unresolved items on the pc activesync screen. Also, if you open tools and go to the rules tab, there are some options about rosolving conflicts.

As far as I can figure the conflict happens when there are similar items on the pc and the ppc that have a few differences.

I am using all day event, every February 18th, no reminder, no categories, and status free. The only options are to skip, cancel, and some other selection that doesn't have any effect. The resolve tab is set to leave items unresolved because I want to know about any problems. As far as conflicts i have just put in a sample item on my x50v and it won't sync. However I can put a sample on outlook and it syncs with no problem to the x50v. This eliminates the issue of conflicts like if one has a contact named Dan versus Daniel. Tried a couple of more times and still can't enter recurring event and have it sync. Any other suggestions?
