Question Sync Question

I have waited until recently to jump in to the pocked pc world. After seeing a friends new X50 I am ready to jump. I have a couple questions around using my X50 at home and work. Could someone provide me some details around how the sync process works? Do you need software to sync? I have a desktop at home and a laptop for work I want to manage both using Outlook. I believe that you can only use one profile which I planned to use for work and then access my home email via browser. My biggest sync issue is work is sticky about loading software on business machines they support HP and Palm, if X50 uses the same software I may not get any flack about sync software. Any info or tips is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I wanted to do the same thing. My admin at the office has whatever feature that allows pocket PC's remote access to the exchange serve off. So I can't sync with my outlook from home. What I do is sync with outlook at work with my travel cable, and then I sync at home. I don't ever send email on my axim, but I occasionally read it. I'm sure that I could, but since it won't send until I'm right next to a keyboard already it seems like a waste. The only way that I can check my email is to go in through the web interface of outlook and that just looks terrible. I'm sure there is some way around that, but I don't really care that much.

Good luck and
