I did a search for this but couldn't find anything to solve my problem.
Every time I place my X50v into the cradle it gives me an option to overwrite or combine items in Active Sync. No matter what I chose it keeps giving me this message. It will then sync. If I disconnect my PPC and re-connect, I will still get the same option appearing even though no changes have been made to Inbox, Notes, Calender or Contacts etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Try deleting the partnership (with device not connected, click on File - Delete partnership) and/or uninstalling/reinstalling ActiveSync.
