Got my X50V earlier this week and everything's been fine so far. This morning I set it in the cradle, the ActiveSync window pops up, says it's connected and... nothing.
If I open the ActiveSync on the X50V and click on Sync, nothing happens. It's worked perfect up to this point. What can I do to fix it? ![]()

.
. First: Try a Soft Reset. --if that don't work-- Second: UNinstall whatever ASync is on your PC > Reboot PC > INstall ASync 3.8 --if that don't work-- Third: Do a "Fake" Hard Reset; Press Reset + Power to instigate a Hard Reset > When it asks you if you really wanna do it > Press the indicated Hard Button to Cancel > Axim will go through the Setup Screens, but you will not have lost anything loaded > Soft Reset > and try ASyncing again. ...those are my best shots. . . . .

Thanks Klaatu!
The soft reset did the trick. I'm learning the soft reset button is my friend... Hey are you also over on Remote Central? I used to hand over there quite a bit, but have been kinda busy with other stuff lately...Thanks again for the quick reply!
