Multiple Profiles

I'm running outlook 2003 and i have 2 profiles setup. one for me and one for my wife. when i sync, her emails sync to my pda and my contacts, tasks and appointments sync to all profiles. how do i set it up so that my stuff does not sync into her profile. only mine
