Active Sync 3.8

What are the proper steps to take to download and install Active Sync 3.8? Do I need to have the X50v hook to the Desktop when I install? What else do I need to do? All help will be appreciated. Thanks

Install the software without the device connected. It will tell you when to connect it. The rest is pretty self explanatory, but if you run into anything confusing post back here :-)
