syncit

I have occasionally had a problem syncing some of my note files.
At present I have 50+ note files which wont sync out of a total of about 120 note files.

The only way I can get the notes file to sync, is to copy the contents of each of the 50 files into 50 separate new files.

This is very timeconsuming and I'm wondering if anyone has come across this before, and if there is a better way to solve the problem. Also - don't understand why this problem happens in the first place?
