Having trouble copying Palm Desktop data into Outllook

After several years, my Palm handheld "died". I just replaced it with a Dell Axim X30 624MHz but I still have several years worth of data sitting in Palm Desktop on my PC.

I would like to do a one-time copy of all data...
FROM: Palm Desktop's Address Book, Calendar and Memos
TO: Microsoft Outlook and my Axim handheld. (Outlook currently has NONE of my Palm data).

Can someone suggest how I do this? I looked at products like Intellisync and PocketMirror, but they seem to require me to sync using the Palm handheld. (I could be wrong about this). Since my Palm is "dead", I can't press a sync button on it. Obviously my new Axim is working, but I'm not sure how to get it to pull data from Palm Desktop.

If anyone can help, please let me know the process I need to follow. Thanks!

If you had a palm (which you could borrow) then you could sync from your palmdesktop to the palm, and then from the palm to outlook, and from outlook to the axim.

of course if you can't borrow a have a palm then this probably doesn't help.

Just thought I'd follow-up. After a fair amount of searching, I found a product that worked well for me:

Chapura PocketCopy
http://www.chapura.com/pocketcopy.php

It allows you to copy your Palm data (calendar, contacts, notes, etc) directly from Palm Desktop to Outlook -- WITHOUT having to involve a Palm handheld in the process. Costs $19.99, but it was worth it for me considering that I had 7 years of Palm data that I didn't want to manually re-enter.
