MS Active Sync Question

Good morning all. I need assistance. In MS Active Sync, where and how can I access and change the location of the folder/files to be synced. I am speaking about the page that says "File Syncronization" and the area in the box below the statement "On this computer sync the files in this folder". Due to a system change at work I need to change it from my "C" drive to a network "U" drive. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks

Unfortunately Activesync cannot do this.

I use MightySync to achieve this - also has the advantage of syncing the files to my SD card . There is a link in my MyPDA.
Regards

Rob, thanks for the reply and suggestion, however I see that it does not work with NT so that is out. All I need/want to do is just change the Path, but I can't find a way to acess it in Active Sync. I am at a total loss.
