OK. I've got a strange one. Every so often when I sync to my e-mail from my laptop, I loose the information shown in the From field on my laptop's Outlook application. If I open one of those e-mails on the laptop it has the "from" information. It just doesn't show in the Inbox field.

I am trying to figure out why this happens and how to restore the field information.

I have an Axim X5 with ROM version A03, using Activesync 3.7 and an IBM laptop running XP Pro SP2 and Outlook 2000.

Same thing is happening to me but on a x50v with ActiveSAync 3.8. Any ideas?

Just happened to me! If you look at the properties of the emails without from info; I find that they are missing header details. I hate this, I have about 100 emails with no from info in outlook...
Now how to fix...
