Which sync fastest ? USB, BT or Wifi ?
and which slowest ?

I think WiFi is fastest, BT is slowest. But I think WiFi and USB are fairly comparable, since both go at 11 Mbps.

I did some tests quite a while ago (with my X5) that showed WiFi was about 60% faster than the USB connection. It shouldn't be that different but those are the results I got.
