Since you did not leave a name i will call you Ted. Like you I am new to the world of pdas I downloaded activesync and it stopped at 92% but without any error messages. After consulting with
www.drtech.com (19.99 per issue) they told me to just wait and let the pgm finish loading. It took ten min but finally finished. As for the error message you can call Dell tech support (make sure to ask for PDA dept) and they might be able to help. Sorry I dont have more info for you.
