I'm sure this has been asked before, but I cant find it...

How can I add an entire folder ( and contents obviously) on my pc to activesync? I have a couple dozen files that must be kept in their orig installed directory on my PC that I would like to have Sync'd. I think I found how to add specific files but this directory gets new files once in a while and I dont want to have to manualy add a file to the list each time.
