I am currently using activesync 3.8 with the Axim X30H.

Is there any way that when i set my pda on the cradle that it will automatically select "guest partnership" instead on me having to select it manually each time?

Try this resource...lots of ways to attack this. Scroll to guest issues...option #2 fixed it for me.
