I don't know if I should be posting this question here or not, but here goes.

I have adobe elements on my pc, and adobe reader installed on my dell axim. Not sure which is causing what. But all my pics on my pc keep getting synced to my pda onto my sd card where adobe is installed.

How do I stop this from occuring I just want to bring the pics I want not all the pics on my pc's hardrive.

Thanks,
Arnie

Hey Frenchy,

That's just it, I can't figure out how to stop it. When I go into options in active sync I don't know what is causing this. I have notes, calenders, contacts, avantgo, ai roboform, pocket access, notes, files and tasks all checked. I go to the settings of each and none specify the syncing of adobe. Not sure what to change.

Thanks for you input.

That would be Files. Your pictures are probably in the My Documents folder and get sync when it does Files. You can check the Sync log for details on this. Remove the check from Files and test. If this is it, just move your Pictures to another folder. I am going to bed soon but I can check this in the morning if not solved by another member.

I'll try to keep this short. I tried deselecting files, it wasn't the files that were syncing the photos. I found a sync option in my pictures window in xp, which I deselected. Nope not that.

Finally I caught it. Windows media player is the culprit. I selected library in the media library. Under that I right clicked over SD card. I chose change sync settings. Then deselected sync device automatically. I then synced again and finally no more pictures.

One last question, how do you check your sync log? Sounds useful to do at times. Thanks again for you correspondence.
