activesync 3.8 issue

I am trying to sync my PPC to 2 different computers but both computers don't sync at all.. I have to do a GUEST only sync for my PPC to work. HELP PLEASE.. have been trying for several days with no luck... ONe post suggested deleting the Guest (1) on the registry but I looked in the reg and found no occurence of it there..

Moved to the Activesync forum.

Have you used a previous version of AS with success? Have you tried reinstalling AS on the computers and/or a hard reset on the PPC? Does a full partnership work, as opposed to a guest partnership? Just trying to ascertain what steps you've taken so far.

I have used the version that came with the PPC... ativesync 3.7.1 but still no luck.. I have uninstall ativesync and reinstall it but still no luck... I have chosen full partnership as my preffered option but it didn't work.. It worked once when I initially installed it (using 3.8) but then I install it on my second computer and try syncing and I think that's when I started to have the problem.... site note.. there is a dead pixel on my PPC.. do you think that I should request for a new PPC.... I purchase the 2yrs exchange deal... I've only had the PPC for less than a month...
