The only COM port that you are concerned with is the Bluetooth COM port on your desktop/laptop. Depending on what BT drivers you are using you need to check what COM port to use on the desktop/laptop. Activesync on the desktop then needs to be configured to listen on the BT COM port on the desktop/laptop. On the PPC side you will only connect to the BT COM port on the desktop/laptop using the BT Manager.

I am a little confused by your post saying that your BT activesync port is using COM 27. Where and how did you discover COM 27?

Having the same problem with my Blue tooth as well. Belkin software will keep installing the drivers and keep uping the com port number every time you install it. Belkin Tech support was no help on this at all. Im going to do a Reg hack to completly remove the blue tooth drives and reisntall. Was looking forward to this feature... but its not worth the effort at this point... Much easier... but less convenient to use a portable sync cable with my laptop.
