Stupid question probably... Contacts synching
Hey give, I've had my ppc since a while now but havent entered any contacts yet, things is when I enter them on My ppc (using PI2005), where the hell are those contacts synched on my computer? I know they're probably in outlook but they dont seem to be synching. Furthermore, I cannot open the settings tab under the activesynch->tools->options->contacts.
Any help? I know it's stupid though...

not a stupid question at all...... there may be a problem with your computers blocking systems... this was the problem with mine... go to the blocker settings and uncheck any box that looks like it may be interfering with activesync...... also do you have admin rights???

Yeah I do have admin rights... besides, I dont think anything is happening, what I did is hard reset, create a partnership, install PIM, then try to add a contact from my PPC to see if it worked, and nothing appears on my computer... but like I said, I dont even know where those contact should go!! I was used with palm to have a desktop thing that all my infos would go in there. Dont know if you guys are following me...

What I would do is create a new partnership. When your Axim is not in its cradle open AS on your desktop and go to File>Delete Partnership and delete the partnership. Savethe files when it asks you.
Soft reset your axim and then put it in its cradle.
Go through the partnership wizard and choose the items you want to sync.
Does that work?
