Google Web Accelerator

Has anyone here installed the web Google Web Acclerator yet? I installed it today, then tonight I couldnt sync my axim. I tried a bunch of different stuff, then shut down the Web Accelerator and Active sync started working again.

Im not worried about it, but I will say that I really didnt notice any difference. Google did tell me that i saved 1.4 minutes today though.

It's in essence a proxy server, you're accessing cached information, thus you don't need to pull it down from the web site, plus sounds like they're comressing the data to increase speed. I really don't want to be going through a Google's servers for all my web browsing.

I installed it. It made a quite a bit of difference in my connection. It didn't do a thing for my Activesync though. ;)
