Hi. I got a pass-me-down X5. How do I get rid of her partnership name "Nancy" and replace it with mine?

When your X5 is not connected to your PC via ActiveSync, click on File - Delete Partnership on your desktop ActiveSync and Nancy will be a distant memory. ;) The next time you sync, it will sync your PPC name. To personalize your PPC name, tap on Start - Settings - About - Device ID (tab) and change the name.
