Worried Active Sync 4.0 issue

I just installed Active Sync 4.0 and now I am getting a unknown usb device when I plug my X50v in. I had 3.8 in previously and all was working fine. Unfortunately I didn't realize that system restore was off on my desktop, so I can't revert back. Any ideas?

Uninstall it and download 3.8 form the windows site HERE and reinstall. And maybe wait for 4.0 to be released before installing.

I synced at home no problem with 3.8. It must be that the 4.0 install messed up something, but I don't know where to look.

Big Smile

Just for s&g I installed 4.0 at home and all works well. I think I have found my issue. I have a bad sync cable. I tried the one I use at work and same thing. Problem solved. So far 4.0 is working well. :) :approve:

AS 4.0 doesn't support WiFi sync with a personal PC, just Exchange servers. It's been removed.
