Have tried searching for this one extensively, with no luck. Here goes...

X30H, Outlook 2003. Inbox set to sync, including all subfolders of inbox. No check mark in 'to save space, copy x lines', but set to copy messages from last 30 days, and to include file attachments up to 200kb.

The problem - it appears overzealous. At the moment, it's syncing emails that were received last year and currently reside in Deleted Items on the PC, and that have been deleted for months. Particularly irritating is that it's tagging the large PDF attachments on these. Of course, as deleted items, they aren't there on the PPC. And the inbox syncing part of AS takes at least 5 mins (and growing!)

Any ideas?
