How many PocketPCs per PC?
I'm in a corporate environment with 15 users who need to sync their Axims.
Each of these users works out of their home, and uses ActiveSync to sync FILES (and nothing else - not contacts, tasks, email, etc) with a directory on their PC in their home. BUT, we have a need for them to also be able to sync in the central office, so we'd like to set up a minimum number of PCs there for them to sync their files. 1. What is the maximum number of partnerships I can establish on a PC? If it's 5, I'll need 3 PC's. 2. I know there are limitations to syncing a PDA on 2 different computers. This article mentions, among others, that the Inbox will only sync on the first of the 2 computers: http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/raj/MultiplePartnership.html So I'm hoping Files will sync. 3. Can anyone point me to an article on the web that has more info? thanks, Rick

What OS is on the PC? If it's Win2k or XP and each user has their own profile there is really no limit. Well - you could not realistically store a million profiles on the PC and manage it effectively, but you get the picture.
Each user has a different user ID and therefore has their own sync environment.
