I have an Axim x50 and have been using for some time with a continual problem of my axim freezing when I get notification of an upcoming event. I hear the chime but the window does not pop up on the axim and the screen hangs and I need to soft reset. This has happened on A01, A02 and A03 and under ActivSync 3.7.1 and 3.8. I am using Outlook 2002 and user the server exchange to get mail. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have this too. I hadn't seen anyone else talk about it though. I have tried disabling a few things but noting seems to help. but it doesn't happen all the time so it makes troubleshooting it harder.

Hi, I've just noticed this too. was your axim connected with your pc? Because when the remainder went off, I've received the notification in my PC as well, I couldn't dismiss it in the axim, but after I did it in the pc it sincronized and everithing was ok

I've just had my axim for 1 day so i don't know if this happens when it's not connected to the PC

ah! as a side note, I've been lurking the forums for the past month and I have to say thanks for such a great community, it made really easy deciding which ppc to get (previous palm user) and starting to use my axim the moment it arrived (sans the 8 hour charge period jeje) I hope to contribute back as well
