ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

Can Not Sync Email
I use ActiveSync 3.8. When I sync everything works fine excpet for my email. ActiveSync just goes away... When I uncheck email and sync everything works fine. I have done several soft resets and have un-installed and re-installed ActiveSync three times. Any suggestions? Thanks.
