ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

ActiveSync's "Options" dropdown menu is blank
Hello, under ActiveSync's options button, it does not show any connections in the drop-down menu. It's blank. Shouldn't it show a USB connection or something?

POCKETPC> ActiveSync> Tools> Options> Options> "Enable PC Cync using this connection:" (nothing in drop down menu).
