Activesync installation

Hey Folks,
Trying to install Activesync, i got an error message "unknown publisher, windows has detected an error in the setup.exe, and the digital signature is expired." i even tried downloading it from pocketpc.com. I have tried installing it in safe mode, checked for firewalls and did a MSCONFIG. tried it with the admin user account too.

anyone have any solutions????

i also tried it on a different computer. It installs fine there. but i want it to work on my DELL DIMENSION XPS. Please advice

Do you have antivirus software? Are you installing from disc or from download?
I have had problems downloading apps before with virus scanning active.

I don't have any other thoughts at this point.
