I could really use some help.
All of a sudden when I attempt to link my X50V I get a message from ActiveSync that say Microsoft Outlook is not installed.
Not only is it installed it is even up and running when this happens. I then get a message that says I don't have proper network access.
This is all happening on a stand alone pc that is attempting to sync throuh a usb cradle.

Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the site.

Can you try this.

Open Control Panel>Add Remove Programs> Find Outlook> Click Change> Select Repair.

Reboot your PC and try to sync again.
