It used to be that when I deleted a message in Outlook, the green activesync icon would immediately turn color and sync.

However, I just installed Windows SP2. Now, when I delete an e-mail, it takes at least a minute before the sync is carried out. Interestingly, incoming e-mails sync immediately.

Anyone else have this issue -- and know how to fix it?

Go into activesync on your PC and make sure you have the box checked to sync continuously.
