Is it possible to only sync the main inbox folder in Outlook, and not any sub-folders? What I do on my computer is move any read or non urgent folders into appropriate sub-folders (which are quite larege)in my inbox, then in the "main" inbox is only brand new emails and urgent stuff. Thanks!

It will alway sync your inbox, it gives you the option of deleted items and any folders you create yourself. So if you create a "save these" folder, it will have a checkbox next to it in the options for inbox sync that you can choose to sync it or not. Just test things out with some new, smaller folders to see how it works.
