Hi , do you know a software where I can synchronise folders on cf card automaticaly and the software check the date of the file and keep the newest file without some asking question like "Do you want to keep file on pda or on cpu" ?

try Sprite Backup. It's not a sync prog but it'll back up your stuff and keep the latest file or 3.
