undefinedundefined I don't know what to do, my activesync will not recognize my Axim X30 as being connected. Windows recognizes it and loads the drivers for the COM port connection but activesync says that it is not connected.
Did you install Activesync before hooking it up via the USB port? If not that would cause issues. You need to go into the device manager and delete the relationship, remove the Axim from the cradle, and uninstall AS. Then reinstall AS and don't put the Axim in the cradle until it trys to connect during the setup program.
