I get an error message every time I snyc... "The instruction at '0x7c911bf4' reference memory at 0x00000000 the memory could not be written.

Can anyone help solve this? I have an X50

Have you done the uninstall/reinstall of activesync yet? I would go that route. Those type of errors only come up for me when an application when bad on install. Also, go to the Microsoft site and download a new copy of the latest version. The one you have may be corrupt.
