ActiveSync 3.8 & loosing some of my IE Favorites after Syncing

For some reason after Syncing (using 3.8 of ActiveSync), I only loose the IE Favorites in my 'Weather' folder. Such as weather.com & the local doppler radar in my area. All of my other IE Favorites are fine.

I am open for suggestions & your help.
