In Options, I set ActiveSynch to sync manually.

Yet it nonetheless syncs Outlook data everytime I plug my Axim into the cradle.

Many times I place the Axim in the cradle only to charge, and I don't want ActiveSyc to hog my desktop's CPU while it goes through it's file check routine.
