Delete email from Outlook won't trigger sync!

Ok, so I've had my x30h for less than a week, and I'm already finding a lame bug with ActiveSync. Here's the scenario:

I've got my Axim sitting in its cradle connected to my PC, syncing with Outlook. Everything seems to sync beautifully. If I add a calendar appointment on Outlook, it immediately syncs to my Axim and vice versa. Same with Tasks. Email, however, has the following glitch: If I delete an email from my Inbox on Outlook, it WON'T trigger a sync and therefore the email sits on my Axim. If I then remove the Axim from the cradle, and plug it back in a again, then it WILL delete the email. How bizzare is that!? (and frustrating)

Any other email activity syncs just fine. If I delete an email from my Axim, it triggers a sync and deletes it from Outlook. If I get a new email, it syncs over the Axim just fine as well. The problem only seems to be deleting emails from Outlook.

I originally was on AS 3.7.1, but I just upgraded to 3.8 and it exhibits the same behavior. Am I the only one seeing this? I've searched in vain for a setting that might control this, but I don't see any. TIA

I see that too. It will sync, but some days it takes a minute or two after deleting the e-mail.
I noticed the behavior after installing a new Wi-Fi client that my job requires. If I uninstall, then it go back to working like normal. So I just assumed that it was something this program does, and am not too worried.

Mine won't delete even after sitting there for hours. Plus, my Axim is pretty much bone-stock so this can't be a 3rd party application issue. I'm probably overreacting, but it just blows my mind that we're on version 3.8 of ActiveSync and something as fundamental and basic as this exists...
