Worried

pls help with backup problem

Hey guyz, I'm having problem backing up my Axim X30 on my laptop. I was able to backup on desktop. but not the laptop and now I only have a laptop. and I want to backup but each time I try to back up my laptop always shutdown in the process.
pls helppp

I'm using the regular backup program on my ppc, and I was able to backup on the desktop but not on laptop.
