Okay, I have searched this board and can't find an answer to my problem. I recently received a refurbed x30H replacement from Dell. I flashed the rom to a06 from a02 when I received it.

I cannot get activesync to stay connected. It drops the connection after a few minutes. It will sync though. The pain is as I am trying to re-install programs I have to pull the ax out of the cradle and reset to gain connection again.

I have uninstalled and re-installed both 3.7.1 and 3.8. Have hard reset the device. Have deleted and created partnership.

Could this possibly be related to a06? I was thinking about flashing to ao5 to see. It's late, I'm sleepy and will look at it again in the am.

Any suggestions from anyone??

To update ...

I found that if I uncheck all the sync items, then the connection will not drop. It only drops if items are checked. Weird.

So, I just uncheck everything, re-installed all my programs through activesync onto new replacement ax, then just check my sync items again and I am good to go. A little confusing, but it works. :)
