Active sync - calender problem

When I active sync my x50v, the time I put in the appointment ends up being an hour off on the oposite device. When I enter 10pm on handheld it ends up 9pm in outlook and vise versa. I have reinstalled outlook and still have the problem. The computer and handheld time zones, etc. match. Thanks!

Do you have the PC set to automatically adjust time for daylight savings changes? This is the problem for most of the time discrepancies on calendar items.

Which way should it be set? For daylight savings?

If you're in an area that recognizes Daylight Savings Time, then the box should be checked.
