Are there any issues with installing activesync on both my home and work computers ??? I only want to sync my calendar/contacts/email with my WORK computer, but I might like to install games or move files over to my axim from my HOME computer.

that should be ok... the problems come if you want to sync mail at both places....

And make sure you read any messages that pop up before clicking on the buttons
