Unresolved calendar items

I have recently had problems with unresolved calender items when syncing with my desktop. The error message says that another program is using Microsoft Outlook. I can't figure out what it could be. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

is outlook opened at that time? Do you have any other software that would pull from outlook? Like an organizing software, Third party calendar, exct.. If you reboot your computer and open nothing at all but place your axim in the cradle, does it sync ok? What version of outlook are you using?

Re:

I'm using Outlook 2003. There are no other programs running (to my knowledge) at the time I sync and it still does it. What doesn't make sense is that sometimes you can remove the Axim from the cradle and when you reinstall it, it may sync some of the unresolved items (I.e, if there were 3 unresolved items, it may resolve 1 of them and leave 2 unresolved). It does the same thing even if the computer is rebooted.

I have this problem too.

Could it be anything to do with installing Activesync 4 which I have just done? Athough I didn't notice the problem until I had been using Activesync 4 for a few days.
