Calendar Appointments off by One Hour When I Sync

Appointments that I create in Outlook for a certain time show up at a time exactly one hour later when I sync up with the Axim. What's this about? Thanks.

Have you checked to make sure both devices are set to the same time zone? Is the PC set to use daylight savings time, if applicable in your area?
