in my contacts i have different categories eg personal, business, hotels etc. but when i sync it to pda it only syncs the main/original contacts folder and not business and hotels. is their any way i can get all categories to my pda. any help would be apprieciated.

I have the exact same problem, I was told by Dell to contact Microsoft and Microsoft said it was Dell's problem!!!

Go to Activesync->Tools->Options->Contacts->Settings Make sure all categories are clicked to sync.

I tried the radio button to select all and then deleted the partnership, performed a hard reset and re-synced with the same results. It shows the 4 categorie that are set-up, but only populates one of them. I have 2800+ contacts and it is only importing 297. I then checked all four boxes after selecting the bottom radio button, but received the same results. Thanks for your help!

did here that you could do it with a program called Pocket.Informant, although it seems a good program i havent been able to get it to work with that either.
